Project Director

Job description / Role

A leading building contractor in Dubai has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director to join them working on a large scale 500m AED building project in Dubai.

This role is to be number one on the Project and be responsible for the full build process from inception to completion. Manage multi-national teams and departments on the project, external consultants, report to the client and the board.

You will have full P&L responsibility on this project and be expected to take ownership of it from day 1.

Requirements

Candidates should have previous experience of project delivery in the Middle East of complex building projects. You will have previous management experience and be confident to manage a large international team.

You will be educated to degree level and have experience of working for international main contractors in the build sector.

You must have had previous experience of P&L and full financial control over your own projects.
