Salary Budget of 67-500 -82,500 AED Per Month

Handling a Bid Process on a Mega Watt Data Center in the UAE and then step on site to deliver it. Client seeking a 360 experienced character that has worked for a Main Contractor and ideally has Data Center experience in the MENA region.

About the Role

• We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of a major Data Center construction project in the UAE.
• The successful candidate will oversee planning, execution, commercial performance, and client relationship management for a high-complexity, mission-critical facility in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
• This is a senior leadership position requiring exceptional technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale data center or MEP-heavy projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and project governance for a multi-discipline data center construction program
• Lead project planning, scheduling, design coordination, procurement strategy, and risk management
• Manage relationships with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with scope, quality, and performance benchmarks
• Oversee construction delivery, MEP integration, commissioning, and handover of mission-critical systems.
• Drive commercial management, cost control, contract compliance, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to QHSE standards and implement best-practice procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor large project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.

• Minimum 10–15 years of experience within main contracting, including at least 4 years in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role.
• Proven track record delivering data centers, hyperscale facilities, high-tech industrial projects, or MEP-intensive developments.
• Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, including power systems, cooling, redundancy, and commissioning protocols.
• FIDIC contract experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous GCC or UAE project experience strongly preferred.
• We are seeking to get this person into the business before the end of March 2026. Depending upon timing's he or she will step into the bidding team or onto site on an award as we close the negotiation's on some key projects that will shape the UAE's digital infrastructure landscape.
• You will protect the entitlement and progress whilst keeping the client engaged throughout the life cycle on site.

Salary:
AED 67,500 to 82,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
