Randstad is searching for an experienced and dynamic Project Director to lead a flagship AED 1 billion residential development in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading contracting firm and drive a high-profile, large-scale project from start to finish.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the overall project execution strategy, ensuring alignment with client expectations, contractual obligations, and corporate standards
- Maintain strict control over the AED 1 Billion budget and manage all aspects of Project P&L (Profit & Loss).
- Oversee all contract administration, variation orders (VOs), claims management, and ensure optimal cash flow and cost recovery.
- Act as the main point of liaison with the Client, Consultants, relevant Government Authorities, and regulatory bodies (e.g., ADDC, Civil Defence).
- Ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality (finishes and structure).
- Establish and enforce rigorous HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards across the site, fostering a zero-harm culture.
- Provide regular, concise, and accurate reports to the company's executive management and the client regarding progress, commercial status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

To be considered, candidates must have:

- Strong UAE Contracting Background: You must possess substantial, demonstrable experience working at a senior leadership level
- A proven history of successfully delivering high-value (preferably over AED 750 million) residential or hospitality projects.
- Exceptional skills in managing large, multidisciplinary teams, overseeing complex sub-contractor packages, driving commercial strategy, and managing key client relationships

Salary:
AED 75,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
