Job description / Role
International design practice in Dubai have prestigious project profile, working with leading developers to deliver landmark retail, hospitality and mixed use in the UAE. Currently they seek a Project Director for a mixed use retail and hospitality project in Dubai.
- This Architect will lead this huge retail development, managing client relationships and driving in house delivery team and on site construction activities.
- Overseeing this fast track project, delivering to the highest standard, managing technical and construction developments.
- Protecting the high quality of design, whilst managing client relationships, and overseeing sub consultant and contractor relationships, this professional will deliver the project on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum 20 years total experience out of which 8 -10 years in UAE.
- Qualified Architect
- Must have delivered at least two shopping malls of large scale.
- Well versed in contracts and construction project management.
- Consultancy background a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
