Job description / Role
As the Project Director, you'll be responsible for overseeing projects from conception through completion. This includes managing stakeholder relationships, collaborating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with both regulatory and quality standards. You'll play a vital role in coordinating between teams and government entities, ensuring all project milestones are met with precision.

Description
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and manage contractors, consultants, and government liaisons for multiple projects.
- Project Oversight: Plan, budget, and monitor project progress to meet time, quality, and cost objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop strong relationships with all project stakeholders, effectively communicating project updates, risks, and requirements.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations and safety standards, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in project management within construction, ideally with experience in managing multiple smaller projects.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of working with diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Arabic Speaker is a must for this role.
