Project Engineer - Vertical Transportation
We are seeking a Project Engineer who creates operational added value through project planning and execution, sales and service to customers in new projects.
Principal activities:
• Develop comprehensive project management plan including scheduling, resource and capacity planning and quality assurance.
• Manage project related tasks to achieve the project objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the project.
• Assure effective project management, smooth and timely communication with all parties involved, in particular with the representatives of the customer.
• Sell variation orders timely to reach financial objectives.
• Provide regular project management reports for line manager decision making.
• Follow the process oriented Project Management from award until handover including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Experienced for more than 5 years in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Experience in construction, installation and financial project controlling.
• IT Skills: MS-Office, MS Project, Primavera, SAP, Share Point is an asset.
