Position Title: Projects Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An established fit-out service provider and contracting firm to the F&B and hospitality industry in UAE.

Job Description:
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with design goals and timelines, while coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards, addressing any on-site issues promptly.
- Maintain open communication with project manager to workers and coordinate progress.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with industry standards, conducting inspections and audits for continuous improvement.
- Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying risks, and developing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications:
- Open to Indian nationality
- 40 years old and below
- At least 3 years of UAE experience in the fit-out industry for F&B/hospitality clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (not necessarily in MEP)
- Must have valid UAE driver’s license
- Will have minimal client-facing interactions, mostly with drivers, technicians/workers who speak Urdu and Hindi
