The power, process & nuclear division works within four main sectors which include the following: - nuclear, defence, industry and process and power civil's. We are actively seeking a project engineer to work onsite near Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within a specialist nuclear organisation.

* Work with the discipline engineering teams to coordinate between the engineering teams and with other business unit directorates and stakeholders
* Work with the engineering teams to coordinate with outside stakeholders such as FANR.
* Follow the established communication channels to coordinate and organize periodic and ad hoc meetings with KEPCO and other parties
* Assist in the planning and conducting of qa audits and surveillance's
* Contribute to the coordination of all engineering requirements with ENEC Seoul office
* Assist in the coordination of the engineering training programmes
* Provide support to the engineering teams to achieve proper engineering oversight of the prime contractor
* Participate in the dialogue with the licensing and permitting division in relation to the engineering interface with licensing
* Assist in updating the engineering systems such as DTR's, RFI's… etc
* Support the tracking of corrective action related to engineering on the condition report system and follow up on the implementation
* Assist in the coordination with the management systems team to maintain and track the engineering management system documents
* Gather the necessary information to prepare and consolidate the monthly reports
* Coordinate with the planning and risk team
* Follow all relevant company's HSE policies and procedures

Requirements

* Candidates with Corrective Action Program (CAP) Experience is highly preferred.
* Bachelor degree in Engineering or relevant education and experience.
* Chartered or professional engineer
* 6 - 8 years or relevant experience and knowledge in project engineering and management
* Technical competency
* Awareness of the design techniques and tools in their discipline
* Ability to read technical drawings and virtual plant models
* English fluency
* MS Office
* Skilled at using international codes and standards in engineering and design of their discipline are (Preferred)
* Nuclear Safety awareness
* Knowledge of nuclear safety design principals
* Project Management
* Behavioural competency
* Initiative - provides early notice to management on potential issues.
* Time Management
* Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Team work
