Work within a successful team, on big ticket energy & infrastructure financing projects
Client Details
Our client is a large international law firm with several offices in the region
Description
• Advise governments, sponsors and lenders on major infrastructure, energy, construction and renewables projects across the Middle East. Work on a range of financing and project documents including power purchase and concession agreements, and facility agreements

Requirements
• Licensed under a Common Law jurisdiction
• 3-5 years PQE in Project Finance practice of a Law firm (with a special focus on Infrastructure and Energy)
• Projects experience in the Middle East (will accept international applications who have handled matters in the region)
