Banking role with a US headquartered law firm, focusing on Project Financing transactions

Top US law firm, good presence in the Middle East and in the process of finalizing some impressive marquee hires at the partner level
Description
Be involved in Project Finance transactions, typically in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Some involvement in wider Project Development issues from time to time, but primary focus on banking transactions

Requirements
To be considered you MUST have gained experience from a top Magic Circle or US law firm, and should have a basic understanding of complex banking transactions.
Ideally you should be common law qualified as well.
This candidate could be anywhere between 0 - 4 years PQE.
