Project Finance Lawyer - Mid Level (Dubai and Abu Dhabi)

My client is a top tier, international law firm whose work spans the whole of the MENA region and beyond; the range, calibre and international scope of their deal flow is unique, which sees them consistently ranked above their competitors.

Requirements

To join the best, you have to be the best.

Please only apply if you meet ALL of the following criteria:
- Experience in a top tier (Magic Circle or Silver Circle) as a Project Finance lawyer
- A strong understanding of EPC contracts
- Exceptional academic results (2:1 honours or above)
- First class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent (native level) in English

You will also need a demonstrable "client focus"
- Can demonstrate a keen interest and enthusiasm to learn about our clients' business,
- Can work in teams, sharing knowledge, motivating and coaching their juniors and contributing to overall success,
- Are empathetic, responsive and reliable
- Are commercial and innovative in the solutions they deliver to clients, and
- Are good at fostering relationships with clients and team members.
