Project Financial Controller

- Taking over of project controllership from Dubai.
- Performing monthly reviews of projects and enhance service standards and controllership of the WIP and AR function.
- Work with project managers to prepare robust financial budgets and understanding the financial implications of project activities:
- Review project budgets for billing schedule, fee and expense budget & ratios
- Review monthly financial information and analysis for projects to explain actual financial performance

Requirements

- Have experience in a similar role (focus on controllership desirable) and experience
- Excellent verbal and written language skills in English.
- Solid working knowledge of MS Office programs - Excel, Access & PowerPoint

Education:
- University degree, CA or MBA in finance/accounting with sound drive on policy compliance.
- Have confidence in communicating with various levels of authority throughout the business
- Excellent skills in structuring and solving problems, enabling decisions, and resolving conflicts
- Holistic & analytical way of thinking and skill to crisply communicate with data and analysis.
