Project Logistics Manager - Mega Infra Project

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to lead and manage end-to-end logistics operations for a high-profile infrastructure project in Dubai. This is a senior, project-critical role requiring strong logistics expertise, compliance awareness, and team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee logistics operations to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor and control logistics performance, including inventory, transportation, schedules, and costs.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with logistics and freight providers.
- Recommend optimal transportation modes, routes, and delivery frequencies.
- Handle logistics-related issues such as customs clearance, regulatory compliance, and authority approvals.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, KPIs, and documentation for transparency and audit readiness.
- Lead, supervise, and develop a dedicated logistics team, driving best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Diploma or professional certification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience managing logistics for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of transportation management, customs clearance, and compliance in the UAE or GCC.
- Experience leading and developing logistics teams on complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill.
