Job description / Role
Our client is seeking a skilled Project Management Office Specialist who can effectively support project planning and execution while communicating seamlessly in Arabic and English. In this role, you will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that deadlines are met, tasks are completed, and goals are achieved efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and tracking project tasks.
- Communicate with clients and team members in both Arabic and English to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring they stay on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and updates.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications between stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any project-related challenges or bottlenecks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.
