Job description / Role
Client who are a leading European, Tier 1 Main Contracting business operating across the Middle East and Europe are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to be based on a Hotel project in Dubai.
Requirements
- Over 20 years experience within construction with a strong focus to building work as well as a minimum of 3 years international experience ideally in the Middle East
- Project experience should include: High rise, Hotels, Hospitals, Shopping Mall etc
- Full management of project overseeing procurement, planning, cost and managing the sub-contractors
- Commercially astute and aware of costings of project
- Ideally degree qualified but not essential
