Our client is a leader in providing premier furniture and home accessories. Offering a full concept tailored to suit each individual based on their own style and requirements.
Looking for an experienced PM to join their well established team based in Dubai to manage all on-site operations and offering support to the senior management when required.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will posses a degree in civil engineering, architecture or similar, with a minimum of 5 years experience in site supervision, construction, project management and contracts administration in the UAE. You must have knowledge in the following areas - managing on-site operations, design standards and engineering principles and techniques, contracting and construction management, project management along with the ability to preform computerised mapping and computer drafting using systems such as AutoCAD, Revit, P6 and Microsoft packages.
You will be a skilled fit-out technical professional and have knowledge in the installation of systems and luxury equipment such as kitchens and luxury furniture.
