Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
• Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
• Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to the Client/ Consultant
• Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance
• Minimizes Company’s exposure and risk on project
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
• Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project
• Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
• Assures project legal documents are completed and signed
• Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project
• Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
• Holds regular status meetings with project team
• Authorized for day-to-day operational decisions for the project
• Authorized to sign documents related to the project.
• To anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the project.
• Evaluate and determine plan variance from project performance.
• Identify prospective conformance and rigid concerns associated with project initiatives.
• Ensure to capture, prioritize and solve project problems in organized manner.

Requirements

• BS or Master in Electric Engineering
• General knowledge in Primavera and AutoCAD
• Excellent English spoken and written
• Advanced knowledge in computer systems.
• Minimum five years of experience in handling projects under Utility / Oil & Gas Sector.
• Specialized in handling 33kV/132kV/220kV Substation projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of substation works, Overhead & Underground transmission lines.
• Guide team & planner in developing schedule of the project.
• Developed budgets and successfully managed contracts within.
• Certified by major clients of Utilities, Oil & Gas sector.
• Approved Project Manager by DEWA.
