Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international renewables energy developer and independent power producer (IPP) who is looking to hire a Project Manager for their office in the UAE.
You will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects simultaneously from development and pre-sales, through to project close out. This will include drafting requests for quotations and initiating supplier selection, assisting with contract negotiations and liaise with various stakeholders on projects. You will take the project into implementation stage and monitor the stages of the project and making adjustments if required, whilst making sure the project is being completed in time and within budget.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be Degree educated in a relevant engineering discipline with proven experience in project design or build of PV plants. You should have worked in the GCC region and have a proven track record of delivering renewable projects on time. It is essential you are fluent in both written and spoken English and it would be an advantage to be fluent in another language.
