We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our award winning team based on site within our Dubai project.
This critical role will be responsible for suporting the Project Director with the establishment of the project delivery strategy, planning, administration, schedule and cost control, design reviews for completeness and constructability, management and coordination of all parties involved.
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
• Liaising with the client, consultants and contractors on the high rise project ensuring the delivery of PM/CM services.
• Establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan and procedures.
• Preparing tender strategy, identifying qualified consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Overseeing and guiding consultants in design progress activities.
• Monitoring and verifying design progress and submittals at all design phases.
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of the risk management plan.
• Reviewing and monitoring project schedules.
• Verifying, recommending and processing invoices and assessment of variations and claims.
• Assisting in the preparation of tenders and or act as Bid Manager as appropriate.
Requirements
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' of career experience with a Bachelor Degree in a relevant Engineering or Project Management discipline.
Chartered status with a Member of Professional Engineering or Construction Management Society or other recognized body is desirable.
Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
