Job description / Role
My client, a leading design and build project management company. They are looking for a project manager to work in their small works division.
The small works division operates as a maintenance and client services operation.
This role reports to the Operations Manager.
Working hours will be as per required for the job, some flexibility will be required.
Salary will be in the range of AED 15-20,000
Requirements
The candidate will have the following profile:
- 8-10 years experience in the middle east
- Commercial & residential project delivery
- F&M / Maintenance background
- Managed large teams across multiple sites
- Degree holder would be beneficial but not essential
