Project Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead, direct and manage projects from initiation till closure.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Review and approve budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Review and approve required additional site staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
• Ensure project milestones, deliverables & qualities are delivered.
• Attend Projects progress meetings.
• Review and approve proposed designs, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost.
• Ensure all project activities comply with the master plan, government laws, policies and regulations.
• Monitor work progress and quality control check.
• Supervise and push the consultants, contractors to complete the task within the planned time.
• Any other task assigned by Line Manager (Projects Director).

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least has 10 years’ experience in Project Management.
• Have strong interpersonal leadership skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication.
• Strong technical and analyzing skills.
• Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management / capacity.
• Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and risk management.
• Proficient in project management software.
