Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Position Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Project manager is accountable for coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope and oversees all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities ,monitor summarize progress of project in terms of timely deliveries / installations & collection of outstanding payments from Project customers.

• Tapping the market ,generation & then tapping of leads
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate gaps, if any ,to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
• Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Engineering

Additional Qualification:

• PMP / PRINCE II certification preferred, but not mandatory

Years of Experience:

• 10+years’ experience as a project manager with at least 5 to 7 years of experience in Home appliances industry in UAE.

Requirements

Job Specific Skills:

• Solid technical projects background, with understanding or hands-on experience in home appliances
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Developing and Tracking Budgets and inventory control
• Peer management skills
