Project Manager

Job description / Role

- Monitors and supervises sites’ infrastructure works: earthworks, roads, highways, water and sewage systems, transportation facilities, etc.
- Ensures projects’ timetable are met and delivered on time
- Reviews construction drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings and ensures that these drawings are according to municipality and other authorities’ standards
- Controls work set ups and phases to execute the projects with minimum running cost and maximum quality
- Monitors project-related QC plans
- Supervises and monitors manpower
- Attends meetings (e.g. progress meetings, QA/QC meetings, etc.)

Requirements

- Must have minimum of 8 years of experience as Project Manager for infrastructure works in the UAE
- Must have had handled projects with AED 100,000,000.00 project value or higher in the UAE
- With Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an advantage
- Open to Arabic nationalities
