Job description / Role
Redfish are currently working with a leading consultant who is looking to appoint a Project Manager for their team based in Dubai. This is a permanent role with the business where you'll be initially working on a large hotel refurbishment program.
Common activities include:
• Ensure that the programme deadlines are achieved
• Assist the contractors and subcontractors to ensure they have a full understanding of the required program dates
• Ensure that all building operations are carried out in line with current health and safety standards and that all method statements and risk assessments have been reviewed and checklists completed
• Provide detailed updates on the projects progress to the clients team.
• Ensure that all works are carried out to the highest standards of quality
Salary:
AED
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Negotiable Based on Experience
Requirements
To be successful in the role you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• 2 - 3 years in a consultant or high-end D&B contractor.
• Demonstrable experience working in a management capacity on a range on projects from design through to construction.
• Have excellent communication with experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Professional with the ability to work in a client facing role.
• Ideally a UAE driving license or an international license that can work in the UAE.
• Have experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Is proactive and hand-on with project management.
• Must be computer literate with ideally software skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Projects + Office suite, and Photoshop.
• Degree qualified related to Architecture or Project Management.
• Preference will be given to candidates in the UAE and available immediately.
