Job Description:
• Monitor projects that have been assigned to the Project Management team to ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget and scope, and that the desired result is achieved with the most efficient use of resources.
• Obtain a comprehensive understanding of the project requirements prior to commencement of site work. This includes review of fit-out contracts, approved drawings, BOQ, fit-out manuals & building and authority inspection requirements
• Quality control of all deliverables including review and inspection of fine detailing, methodology of installation/application works; regular site and factory visits as required to ensure delivery of high quality
• Represent the company in meetings with clients and other stakeholders; initiate meeting requests as required to resolve outstanding issues.
• Establish health and safety best practices as per industry benchmarks and ensure adherence to standards by achieving company health and safety targets.

Salary: up to 25K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent. Masters will be preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience as Project Manager/Site Engineer/Project Engineer within Interior Design/ Construction/ Fit-out/ industry within GCC.
• Must have Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in UAE.
• PMP Certification & ISO-140001 & OHSAS-18001 certifications is highly desirable
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
