Project Manager

Job description / Role

• Lead and manage the project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies.
• Ensure project objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate with different departments to align project goals and deliverables.
• Oversee risk management to minimize project risks.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Mentor and develop project management staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Senior Manager or similar role in project management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
