Job Description:
• Ensure the quality of store construction projects, controls the timing commitments, cost and quality of new store construction and new store renovation
• Plan & coordinate all aspects of construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and various vendors related to constructing or renovating stores
• Reviews and pre-approves construction terms of reference and project plans for use as a common reference point for all bidding contractors.
• Oversees all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Communicates project status of all construction projects to all stakeholders

Position Title: Project Manager

Salary: Up to 20K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

An international fast food chain brand.

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationalities
• Female, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience in leading a large scale projects, commercial architectural design and construction projects
• Must have experience dealing with pre-opening of new F&B venues in the UAE
• Experience in QSR/Fast food chains is a must.
