The ideal candidate must have water design experience and will be responsible for leading and managing water projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of project activities to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate cross-functional team members and external partners to ensure all aspects of each project are executed smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Ensure all project documentation is maintained, including project charters, plans, schedules, and reports.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track progress, manage resources, and report on key performance indicators.
- Continuously evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements for future projects, ensuring lessons learned are documented and shared.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming project challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required and adapt to changing project demands.
