Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Routine Maintenance of Road Structures project in Bur Dubai (RMB3). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance operations, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, and managing a team of engineers and contractors. The Project Manager will also coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the RMB3 project for routine maintenance of road structures
- Ensure maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Manage the project team, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; monitor project progress
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and suppliers
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure effective use of resources to meet project goals
- Prepare and submit regular reports on project status, costs, and performance
- Conduct inspections and audits to ensure the quality of work
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks with minimal disruption to traffic.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in road maintenance or infrastructure projects
- PMP certification is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (Engineering degree required)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in project management tools and software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in road structure maintenance in the UAE
- Familiarity with Bur Dubai’s infrastructure and RMB3 project requirements

Benefits:
- An attractive salary package will be offered, along with benefits based on the company’s policy.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
