A leading UAE conglomerate, specializing in catering, facilities management, engineering, and food distribution, committed to exceptional service and client satisfaction.

Job Description:
• Performs the role of project manager in a small to medium size allocated operations project, taking full responsibility which could include all aspects of facilities management.
• Conducts regular internal inspections to ensure compliance with company IMS policies, health and safety standards, contractual obligations,
and operational requirements.
• Engages in menu planning by using approved ingredients and recipes, ensuring menu aligns with budgetary guidelines and contractual obligations.
• Monitors all camp services, including catering, housekeeping, laundry, recreation, pest control, and facility maintenance, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client requirements. Conducts regular inspections to maintain high service standards.

• Male within 45 years and below
• Must be from the same Catering Industry with proven experience in a similar role
• Can handle big catering facilities and large number of labours.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
