Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Projects Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple construction and real estate development projects. This role is critical in ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest quality and regulatory standards. The Projects Manager will work closely with site teams, procurement, accounts, and executive management to align objectives and streamline project operations. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, tracking performance, resolving issues, and preparing progress reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with 7–10 years of proven experience managing mid-to-large scale construction projects in the UAE. Strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills are essential. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE regulations is required. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and excellent organizational abilities are a must. Arabic language is a plus. Required unlimited license certification.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
