Project Manager

Job description / Role

Our client, a fit-out contractor based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage fit-out projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Monitor site progress and resolve issues by working closely with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, tracking milestones and adjusting plans to address delays or changes.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures throughout all phases of the project.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, progress reports, variation orders, and handover documents.
• Must have experience working on interior and fitout projects in the UAE

• Candidates must have experience working on fit-out and interior projects
• Experience leading projects to completion
• Ability to handle multiple projects
• 5+ years within fit-out (preferably in the UAE)
• 3+ years as a Project Manager

Salary:
AED 22,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
