Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion within scope, time, and budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide project execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local construction laws, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issues.
- Prepare regular project reports and present updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project resources including procurement, manpower, and equipment efficiently.

- Holds Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a Construction Company in GCC.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Holds UAE Driving license.
