What you will do

• Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resources in alignment with BYD's strategic objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans using appropriate tools.
• Lead end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Marketing, HR, IT, Finance) to align project goals and responsibilities.
• Facilitate communication and manage expectations between departments.
• Identify inefficiencies across the customer journey (Sales and Aftersales) and recommend scalable process improvements.
• Work closely with CRM and Digital teams to implement systems that improve data visibility, lead conversion, and customer retention.
• Track and report progress against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans as needed.
• Support the setup and launch of new BYD showrooms and service centers.
• Coordinate facility upgrades, signage, equipment procurement, and operational readiness for new sites.

Required skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).
• 5u20137 years of experience in project management, preferably within the automotive or retail sector.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex timelines.
• Familiarity with EV (Electric Vehicle) operations or new energy vehicles is a strong advantage.
