Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery in alignment with company objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required for a Construction Company in UAE:
- Holds Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a Construction Company in GCC.
- Fluent in English & Arabic.
- Holds UAE Driving license.
