Project Manager

Job description / Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering construction/engineering projects within scope, budget, quality, and timeline requirements. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities, and ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, contractual understanding, and stakeholder management experience across various project environments including Developers, Consultancies, Client Representative roles, and PMC organizations.

• Project management experience in construction/development.
• Proven experience working with PMC, Consultancy, Developer, or Client-side organizations is mandatory.
• Successful track record managing mid-to-large-scale projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of UAE regulations, codes, and authority processes.
• Knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
• Professional certification such as PMP is an added advantage.
