Project Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of luxury villas in the Dubai and RAK. The ideal candidate will lead project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise villa construction projects from inception to completion.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals and maintain high performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in villa or residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to work in the UAE and familiarity with local regulations and practices.
