Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

Job description / Role

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficiency and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and government authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met on-site.
• Manage contract negotiations, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and project delays.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, permits, and regulations
• Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and risk management
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English.

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
