We are now seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join our award winning team.

This critical role will be responsible for planning and managing multiple infrastructure design projects, ensuring their delivery to the highest quality, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include

- Planning and managing multiple, significant, projects in a multidisciplinary environment, simultaneously.
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules and budgets, to ensure each project is delivered accordingly.
- Ensuring Project Terms of Reference are established, confirmed, and fulfilled.
- Maintaining proper and complete communication with the client on all project related issues.
- Ensuring that project changes, either in scope, time or budget, are effectively managed.
- Accepting professional responsibility, in the area of expertise, for projects completed under their direct supervision. When appropriate, or manpower scheduling requires, the Project Manager may need to contribute to a specific project, or provide technical assistance in their area of expertise.
- Implementing and controlling project standards and QAQC procedures.
- Ensuring the coordination of all design departments and consultants for projects under their responsibility.
- Reporting the project progress and performance to the Project Controls department.
- Participating on business development and bidding activities, including preparing technical and commercial proposals for new projects.
- Recommending to the senior management the personnel needs for projects.
- Ensuring personnel under their direct supervision observe company policies.
- Providing guidance and training to project staff, specifically in related discipline.
- Providing feedback on staff competencies and performance to senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' Project Management experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- You will be a member of a professional institution and preferably having or working towards professional accreditation of either IEng, CEng or P.E.
