Job description / Role
Transemirates Contracting is one of the leading construction companies in the U.A.E. and is a premiere building contracting company classified by local authorities as Grade A contractors. We are currently in need of Project Manager responsible for overseeing building construction from start to finish and ensuring that project is completed within time and budgetary constraints.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage project for a construction company by providing leadership to the site team.
* Managing project in a timely manner sticking to duration & tight schedules.
* Excellent communication with all stakeholders.
* Controlling cost of project and working to the budgets.
* Oversee quality of works in line with QA/QC procedures.
* Eye on HSE to ensure safe work execution.
* Relationship building with Client/ Consultant to ensure smooth work progress at site.
* Liaison with all local authorities for work progress.
* Managing subcontractors for their compliance to time, quality and cost for various trades.
* Managing all contractual issues at site.
* Coordination with other agencies and different trades.
* Foresee problems and suggest solution to the management, problem solving skills.
* Reporting to Head office and consultants about progress cost and productivity
Reporting to: Area Manager
Gross monthly base salary: AED 20K to 30K

Requirements
University Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
Management and leadership skills, Organisational, Analytical, Interpersonal, Numeracy, Communication, Teamwork, Ability to motivate people
Nature and length of previous experience: Total 10 Years, Minimum 6 Years in Dubai with Industry Background in High Rise Buildings in Contracting Companies (Civil)
