Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project on behalf of owner and lead project construction in accordance with contract conditions, specification, schedules and budget limits set by owner
• Should manage project planning and scheduling.
• Construct network of work appropriate for specific projects and identify best series of events in correct order for project to finish on time and on budget.
• Should establish project strategy prior to awarding of contract.
• Perform risk analysis to determine risk factors and evaluate effect on schedule and costs.
• Monitor and control progress of project vision, budgeted costs, quality, and timelines, standard in order to ensure that project specifications, approved parameters and set deadlines are met.
• Coordinate responsibilities between project consultants, contractors, and other parties including but not limited to government bodies to represent the owner.
Salary:
AED
20,000 to 250,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in similar role.
• Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – Master’s preferred in Civil Engineering/ Architectural background.
• Must be PMP certified
• Strong familiarity with project management software
• Familiar with programming languages
• Familiar with Quantity Surveying
• Must be able to possess apt reporting
• Excellent knowledge of the UAE Regulations
• Candidates MUST currently be based in the UAE
• Perfect command and written and spoken Arabic and English Language
