- With minimum of eight (8) years' experience in the ANSP environment.
- Have work experience on CNS/ATM and/or airspace related systems and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field with Project Managerial experience between 8 to 10 years and Senior consultant with 10+ years of industry experience.
- The Consultant shall work on ANSP projects and shall be held responsible and accountable to the Head of Projects and Stakeholders Management Department for all the Portfolio Management activities, including programme and projects delivery services and portfolio budget management with a strategic focus.
- The consultant shall lead and manage all Portfolio Management activities, with a particular focus on developing a project management culture, policy, procedures, and standards that support the delivery of portfolio projects to achieve operational and Business Strategic Objectives.

- The consultant shall manage services to support the efficient delivery of programmes and projects to time, cost, quality, and budget in accordance with business requirements.
- The consultant shall be responsible and accountable for the provision of all project budgets and expenditure and providing oversight on project benefits realisation.
- The consultant shall support the commercialisation objectives, Support portfolio and strategy alignment and Dubai Excellence Programme.
- The consultant shall engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- The consultant shall comply with wide implemented Safety and Security Policies.
- The consultant shall comply with company Project governance and regulatory requirements.
- The consultant shall contribute towards departmental initiatives.
