Job description / Role
Our client is a leading design consultant for hospitality and F&B back of house Kitchen areas. The company originate from the UK and have been operational in the GCC, headquartered in Dubai, for several years. With some very exciting new client development and acquisitions, they are now expanding their team.
We are looking for an experienced project manager / kitchen design consultant to complement their existing team. Reporting directly into the British partner, this is a great opportunity to join a small, quality, focused company who deliver to an exceptional standard.
Requirements
Candidates can come from a hospitality project management / design or F&B consultancy background. The main importance of the role is to understand the functionality of a successful kitchen design, and how to manage contractors, designers, several communication chains through the process of delivering a project. Candidates should be well presented, well spoken, hard working and enthusiastic. Experience of pre-opening restaurants is essential, and a strong understanding of kitchen design is very important to the role.
