Job description / Role
Leading International Design and Engineering Consultancy are looking for a Project Manager who will lead the Engineering delivery of major building projects.
Reporting into the Executive Management team, this individual will lead a number of more Mid Level Project Managers and have close collaboration with the internal Architecture and Engineering teams.
Overseeing the life of major build projects, this person will be leading from technical, contractual and construction expertise to ensure the high and revered standards of design and delivery this firm has, is maintained.
Office based, however site presence will be necessary to oversee progress.
Requirements
This professional will be ideally in the UAE with recent Project Management experience from a consultancy.
15 years post graduation of a Engineering Degree, having worked within reputed consultancies with a strong track record of career advancement and successful project delivery;
Proven understanding of Contract Management is a must and administering FIDIC is necessary;
Client facing experience; with the ability to lead Technical meetings, internally and externally amongst client and external consultant and contractor meetings.
Consultancy experience in the UAE is ideal, however a person with the above mentioned skillset, who has worked in International markets on large scale projects from a consultancy background with no GCC experience could be considered.
