Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Project Manager is responsible for assisting with the development, implementation and management of a new skills academy. The Project Manager will be responsible for end to end delivery and will be accountable for Customer Satisfaction and Profitability of the project.

The role would involve planning, reviewing and corrective action planning for the project, managing varied teams, building relationships with key stakeholders in the client environment and sustaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The Project Manager will also be responsible for management of the P&L of the project, by ensuring targets are met, expenses are minimised and budgets managed according to the approved budget plan.

Requirements

- Strong educational background (worked/consulted for Top Secondary Private Schools / Universities)
- A master’s degree in education, psychology, student personnel administration or a highly related field
- 6 + years secondary School / University level advising experience
- 3+ years working as a high calibre project manager
- Experience working in a training and skills development consulting role will be an added advantage
- Experience overseeing curriculum / content development
- Experience designing or overseeing the design of world-class assessments and monitoring / auditing trainees (including delivering post training reports)
