Employment: Full Time

Project Manager - ERP Implementation - 6 Months Contract

• Implementation of ERP Microsoft NAV : Modules Finance / Procurement / Project Management Link with existing Msf Dyn 365 CRM
• This is an in-house implementation, in collaboration with our in-house NAVISION Developer.
• Implementation of UAE localized Payroll module
• This module will be implemented by external Vendor

Main Responsibilities:

• He / she will coordinate the work and data gathering of identified Key Users, as well as conduct systematic testing of the product, and participate in training of final users.
• Establish a clear project planning, checklist
• Conduct gap analysis, current processes analysis and improvements recommendations
• Gather user requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across project components
• Monitor progress to ensure objectives are delivered on time and within budget
• Conduct systematic testing of all areas of the system to ensure users requirements are effectively met
• Create and deliver regular status reports on the project
• Document functional processes / create a NAV user manual
• Liaise and provide smooth communication flows between the company and the external provider
• Ensure that delivered system meets business requirements, quality standards, and conducts project closure.

Salary:
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience in similar field
• Previous implementations of Microsoft ERPs is a must
• Good understanding of business processes
• Good communication skills
• Excellent time and project planning, management skills
• Proven Project Status Reporting Capabilities with the available project collaboration tools.
