Project Manager/Executive

Job description / Role

- Plan, organize and overall management of event and exhibition projects assigned
- Responsible for budget control and smooth deliveries of projects within the deadlines
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients, partners, vendors and suppliers
- Prepare detailed project schedule/timeline and manpower organization chart
- Conduct production inspection and supervision on site during set up and dismantle
- Prepare post event/projects debrief reports for client evaluations

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline with min. 3 years of working experience in event/exhibition and related industry
- A team player and exhibit team leadership skills
- Excellent in projects planning and management
- Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resources planning and on-site operations
- Resourceful and with sense of urgency
- Possess drive, initiative, high level of responsibility with professional attitudes
- Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task with can-do attitude
- Able to work long hours and weekends/public holidays when necessary
- Proficiency in English (Written and Spoken). Additional languages will be added advantage
