Project Manager - Facilities

Aspiriti have an opportunity for a Project Manager to look after the facilities of a building in the U.A.E, you will be responsible for mechanical systems and projects, in support of the Programme Manager, including the identification, development and scope preparation, procurement and delivery of multiple works projects through the current service provider or third party contract.

Duties involve:

• Day to day management of mechanical, HVAC & Building services projects
• Monitor current service providers progress in delivering all contracted services
• Responsible for developing and designing/drawing for projects
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders
• Carry out reviews and analysis on proposals
• Make sure the contractor are updating the maintenance plan
• Supporting the contractor with all data & supporting information

Requirements

You must be degree educated in Mechanical Engineer/Building Services and have a minimum 5 years’ experience in project management of a medium to large scale facility. Proven success in managing multiple projects in the Middle east, you will have working knowledge of mechanical & Building systems in local/international standards.
