Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working exclusively with an exceptional luxury furniture and design brand to secure an outstanding Project Manager - FF&E to oversee installations / fit-outs as well as be the main point of contact for clients throughout the fit-out / installation process.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a strong Manager, who is able to oversee and handle supplier orders whilst working closely with clients to ensure that the sign offs and execution of the installations / fit-outs are completed to an exceptionally high standard. You will be the main point of contact working with the A&D team to ensure all projects are managed in accordance with agreed budgets, signing off any sub-contract work as well as ensuring clients are advised of schedules / changes. Additionally you will be someone that is able to manage a diverse team ensuring that client satisfaction is at the highest levels.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have 6-8 years’ experience in systems and furniture installations, with experience in a similar role in the UAE. You will be someone who has worked within FF&E throughout your career, ideally you will have been involved in all aspects of FF&E and be able to work closely with the Senior Management Team.
