Project Manager - Fit Out

Job description / Role

This role requires an experienced and confident Project Manager, with excellent communication skills and an ability to oversee various projects within the UAE interior fit out industry.

- The successful candidate will display a range of experience working on hospitality and commercial projects.
- Overseeing projects of differing values and making sure constant progress is made while conforming to the quality standards expected from the client.
- Regular meetings with management to report on developments on site.
- Overseeing the day to day operations on site, making sure all personnel are working to the quality and safety standards expected.

Requirements

The successful candidate will highlight the following:

- Background working on Interior Fit Out projects.
- Experience in a similar role within the UAE Construction/Fit Out market.
- Degree qualified in related field such as Construction, Architecture or Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years working with mid-high end fit out projects.
- Strong communication skills for on site and office reporting.
